Adapting to a New Normal: The Impact of COVID-19 on Hiring Patterns and the Development of Predictive Models for Talent Acquisition
Description
I collected all interview questions from glassdoor for 26 industry-representative companies in the S&P 500 and collected data on the difficulty of all interview questions, interview outcomes, and interviewer perceptions that had been flagged. By combining the flagged data with the interview text, a unified NLP analysis was performed. I try to obtain a predictor that can predict the interview pass rate of interviewees by inputting information such as the interview questions and the difficulty of the physical interview.
